Health & Medical Care

If a child falls sick or is injured on school premises, the school provides immediate first aid and informs parents at once, who are expected to attend promptly. In a severe emergency, the child may be taken to a hospital of the parents' choice or the nearest hospital, in consultation with parents where possible; the school does not bear treatment costs. Any prescribed medication a child needs during school hours must be accompanied by prior written application and a medical certificate.

Student Wellbeing → Safety & Security / Child Safeguarding

The safety, security and wellbeing of children is the school's highest priority. A Child Protection Committee — comprising a management representative, staff representative, a lawyer or medical doctor, a parent and a counsellor — safeguards children through their formative years. Designated Child Protection Officers are available, with their names and contact details publicized so students, parents or guardians can raise any concern.

The campus is under continuous CCTV surveillance for safety; footage access is strictly controlled at the Principal's discretion and is never released for private or public viewing.

The safety, security and well being of the children are the highest priority for the school and shall be given utmost importance at all times by all stakeholders including staff, teachers, parents, guardians, students themselves.

  • The CHILD PROTECTION COMMITTEE is set up to safeguard the children in their formative years. The Committee consists of a management representative, staff representative, a lawyer/medical doctor, a parent and a counsellor.
  • Child Protection Officers are appointed to make a study of the problems that the students face in the school and peer groups. The names and contact details of Child Protection Officers are publicized for all so that any intervention may be provided as necessary.
  • Any student who wishes to come forward for any support or guidance is welcome to do so. Any parent or guardian or third person who wishes to raise any issue on child safety may also do so as per the Child Protection Committee procedures.
