HOW TO APPLY

Here are some common questions about it..

•      New candidates must be personally introduced to the Principal by the person responsible for the child's conduct and fees.

•      Candidates seeking admission above Nursery will be examined on the syllabus of the class immediately below the one they are seeking admission to.

•      The Principal is the final authority in granting admission; her decision is final and binding.

•      Completed & accurately filled admission form (declaration by parents/guardian)

•      Self-attested copy of the birth certificate from civil authorities (name must exactly match the admission form)

•      Transfer Certificate, for any candidate who has attended a recognised school previously

•      Baptism Certificate + parish letter, for Catholic candidates

•      Aadhaar Card number, blood group and other particulars as listed on the Declaration by Parents/Guardian form

•      Fees cover 12 calendar months, April to March. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods.

•      Fees once paid are non-refundable. Students remain liable for full fees as long as their name is officially on roll.

•      There is no fee collection in March, and no fee collection at the school office at any time except during admission of a new candidate.

•      Parents may deposit fees for the full year at one time, or quarterly.

•      Results of the final examination will be withheld for any student with outstanding fee arrears.

  • Before withdrawing a student from the School, a Calendar Months' Notice in writing is to be given and an advance of three month's fee is to be paid. Application for Transfer Certificate must be signed by both the parents.
  • No School leaving Certificate will be issued until all dues to the School have been paid in full and only on receipt of a written application from the parent or guardian.
  • No marks will be changed in the Progress Report because the child is applying for Transfer Certificate.
  • A fee of Rs. 400/- will be paid for the Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate.
  • A student whose attendance is irregular, who's fees are not cleared, who is habitually late or absent, lazy or disobedient, whose conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the school or incompatible with strict discipline, whose sickness is liable to be injurious to other Children may be asked to leave the School.
  • Any Certificate like Bona fide Certificate from the School will cost Rs. 100/-

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Prospectus, the Principal may, at her absolute discretion, request any parent at any time to take his/her ward out of the school. As a rule, a child who is asked to leave / has taken Transfer Certificate is not re-admitted. In cases involving relocation of parents on transfer, re-admission may be considered at the discretion of the Principal.
  • The Principal's decision is final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.
